The Story of Maison Emi

Maison Emi began with a simple desire: to share the kind of food that lingers in memory.Food that is honest, elegant, and deeply satisfying. Founded by Emiliane Neeser nee Carvalho, a lifelong lover of pâtisserie and seasonal cuisine, the maison is both a kitchen and a creative space where tradition meets quiet luxury.

What started as small-batch pastries for friends and family quickly blossomed into a bespoke catering experience for private events, intimate dinners, and celebrations that called for something truly special. Every tart, every terrine, and every carefully placed flower reflects Emi’s philosophy: that food should not only nourish, but enchant.

At Maison Emi, we take pride in doing things the right way…by hand, in season, and always with purpose. Our menu evolves with the calendar, our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, and our dishes are designed to be both beautiful and deeply flavourful.
